Lisa & Vasyl’s Photoshoot at Kew Gardens in London, England

Photographing Lisa and Vasyl at the Kew Gardens in London was such a fun experience.

We did their photos in July of 2025, and the Kew Gardens gave us so much variety to work with. Between the historic architecture, garden paths, huge glasshouses, and all of the greenery, there were beautiful places to photograph everywhere we went.

Lisa wore a white lace dress and Vasyl wore a classic black suit, which fit the location perfectly. I loved how the more formal outfits looked against all of the natural greenery and historic architecture throughout the gardens. The whole session had a really timeless and romantic feel.

One of my favorite things about Kew Gardens is how different every area feels. We photographed around the stone buildings and columns, along the garden paths, and throughout some of the quieter areas of the property. Then we went inside the glasshouses, which completely changed the look of the photos.

The glasshouses are filled with huge tropical plants, palms, winding pathways, and beautiful white architecture. Some of my favorite images from the session came from simply letting the greenery surround Lisa and Vasyl. We did a mixture of closer portraits and wider photos that showed just how incredible the space was. London has so much beautiful architecture and character.

I wanted this collection to feel timeless, natural, and romantic while still showing off the location. I love having a mixture of classic portraits, more relaxed moments, and wider images where the environment becomes part of the photo too.

Getting to photograph Lisa and Vasyl at the Kew Gardens was such a fun afternoon, and I’m really happy with how this collection came together.
